Noah is the Managing Partner of the Milwaukee personal injury firm Domnitz & Domnitz, S.C. He has statewide litigation practice and has tried cases to verdict in 5 different Wisconsin counties.
Catherine & Robert’s Car Accident – Recovered $460,000 for Family
Noah’s professional motivation is singular: help injured victims and their families through their darkest hours. He does this through a unique, personal, approach to representing clients. Noah purposefully limits his practice to a smaller number of cases so that he can provide personal service to seriously injured people and the families of those killed by the careless acts of others.
This approach leads to full justice for his clients and lasting, personal, relationships with victims in his community.
Noah was named the 2019 Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ). He proudly holds the AV-Preeminent® rating on Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings – a testament to the fact that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
Noah has been included in the annual Wisconsin SuperLawyers list every year since 2013 and was included in Wisconsin SuperLawyers RisingStars list before that. In 2013, The Wisconsin Law Journal included him as one of the 25 “Up and Coming Lawyers”.
Noah serves as President-Elect of the Wisconsin Association for Justice in 2024 and will as President in 2025.
In addition to serving in WAJ leadership, Noah serves on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice (AAJ, formerly ATLA) a national Board, as well as AAJ’s Public Affairs Committee. He is a past Chair of both WAJ’s New Lawyers Division and WAJ’s Program Committee.
Noah also believes deeply in service to the greater community through volunteer work unrelated to the practice of law. He serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Jewish Museum Milwaukee.
In 2021, Noah received the prestigious Benjamin and John Nickoll Young Leadership Award from the Milwaukee Jewish Federation. He is also an Associate Director for the Wisconsin State Golf Association (WSGA).
Noah received his B.A. from UW-Madison and his J.D. from the University of Miami (FL) where he earned the highest Honors in the nationally recognized Litigation Skills Program designed by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and graduated a full semester ahead of his law school class.
Noah has authored several articles and editorials pertaining to the rights of injured individuals. He has also spoken on these topics several times throughout Wisconsin. His writings have appeared in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, The Verdict, and the Stand Up For Your Rights blog. His articles have been republished in other state’s trial lawyer magazines on multiple occasions.
Noah lives in a northern suburb of Milwaukee with his wife, Rebecca, and their two sons.
